Sex is better than ever

We're in our 30's. Yesterday, we had this conversation:

Wife: I feel like sex now is better than it ever has been.

Me: Nice :-)

Wife: I hope you're not offended by that.

Me: Why would I be offended...?

Wife: Well, part of me worries that you might wonder why sex for me is so good now, and you might worry that you weren't good enough before.

Me: Hmm. I never thought of it that way. So I wasn't good enough in bed before?

Wife: No! You were! You were great before, and I'm just saying that I'm surprised sex is even better than it used to be. Is that a bad thing?

Me: Of course not :-)


Maybe she was just surprised that we had sex twice that day.
